4. Purposes and legal bases for data processing

Your data will be collected for the organisation and conduct of this event and for the issue of attendance certificates, including statistical evaluation and processing of the event. In the case of individual events, this also includes the issue of attendance certificates and duplicates. 

Your data will be processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 letter b of the GDPR (pre-contract/contract for participation in the event) and on the basis of Art. 4 para. 1 GDPR. 


5. Recipients and categories of recipients

In individual cases, your data may be passed on by us with the organisation or execution of the event or with the statistical evaluation of the commissioned service provider (order processor). In all other respects, your data will not be passed on to third parties. 


6. Transfer of personal data to a third country

Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country.


7. Storage period or criteria for determining duration

Your data will be stored by FotoFinder Systems GmbH for as long as it is necessary for the execution and organizational handling of the event in compliance with legal or official storage regulations. In relation to business letters after six years, in relation to invoices after ten years, unless participant data is required in addition in order to be able to issue duplicates or participation confirmations.


8. Your rights

According to the GDPR you are entitled to the following rights:

If your personal data are processed, you have the right to obtain information about the data stored about your person (Art. 15 GDPR).

Should incorrect personal data be processed, you have the right to correction (Art. 16 GDPR).

If the legal requirements are met, you can request the deletion or restriction of the processing and lodge an objection against the processing (Art. 17, 18 and 21 GDPR).

If you have consented to data processing or a data processing agreement exists and data processing is carried out using automated procedures, you may be entitled to data transferability (Art. 20 GDPR).


9 Obligation to provide data

FotoFinder Systems GmbH requires your data to process your registration for the event. If you do not enter the required data, we will not be able to process your registration.

If you make use of the above mentioned rights, FotoFinder Systems GmbH will check if the legal requirements are fulfilled.
